For families

Treatment your child will not dread.

Children come to us from age seven, mostly for reassurance rather than treatment. When braces are the right answer, we explain it to you and to them, in plain language.

What happens, and when

7–10

First look

A free assessment while the jaw is still growing. Most children need nothing yet; we tell you when to come back rather than starting early for the sake of it.

11–14

The usual window

Adult teeth are in and growth is on our side. This is when most treatment happens, and when it is shortest.

15–18

Teens

Clear braces or aligners for anyone self-conscious about it. Appointments scheduled around school and sport.

Built around the school run

  • Siblings back to back. One trip, two chairs, both charts open.
  • After 3pm and Saturdays. We hold late slots for school-age patients rather than filling them first thing.
  • $300 off the second child. Applied automatically when two family members are in treatment.
  • Text reminders that work. Reschedule by replying, not by waiting on hold.
“My son asked to keep his appointment on a PD day. I did not expect that from an orthodontist.”
